Question Ups not working

PC connected to ups restart after a slight fluctuation(within the fraction of seconds) in power supply although ups is giving 30 minutes backup to same connected PC. Please Help

System Details
Ups- APC BX1100C-IN
Cpu-Intel 4460
Power Supply- Corsair VS 650
Ram- Corsair Vengence 8gb ddr3
Motherboard- Gigabyte B85-D3H
Bios Vesrsion- AMI FD (12/08/2015)
OS- Windows 10 64bit Version 10.0.18363

Connectivity question. Is power connected as follows:

Wall outlet (230volts) ----> UPS ----> PC.

No other power strips, extension cords in the line diagram?

What else is plugged into the UPS - I would expect at least the monitor/display.

How old is the UPS? Has it been subjected to many power hits and outages?

Ups is 3 yrs old giving a backup time of 30 min when manually cutting the mains. The problem is with the transfer time of ups durning the fluctuation. Power cuts are very rare. The ups has 4 outlets out have of which three are battery backed and one is for mains only on which i connected cordless phone on the rest battery backed outlet following components are connected
1- Lg Lcd 20" inch monitor
2- Cpu
3- Power Strip on which adapter of desktop speaker are connected

My thought is that when there is a power outage, or "brownout" (however brief) the UPS can no longer switchover to backup battery quickly enough to maintain power to the computer.

Another thought is that the UPS battery may likely no longer be able to respond with power necessary to support the UPS's AC output requirements.

Both could be a result of age and/or heavy use due to power problems.

Do you happen to still have the UPS User Manual?

Take a look at the Status Indicators starting on physically numbered Page 8 and the Troubleshooting steps that follow on the next pages.

Hopefully you will find some specific issue that is indeed resolvable.

I also came across a couple of links that mentioned various problems with those UPS units being sold in India.

With any luck, you may have some additional coverage or warranty time that will allow you to get a replacement unit and/or battery.

yes, the ups you mentioned is correct also i perform a brain dead procedure on ups which involves removing power suooly to ups, batteries and load connected to ups and pressing the power switch for 5-10 seconds which clears the logic instructions whichever stored in ups it indeed solve the problem for couple of days but again same problem. i checked the ratings of total components connected to ups in watts through online site of power supply calculator which comes within the range of 250 to 325 approx also checked the volts of both battery one is showing 13.41 and other is 13.22

However, clearing logic instructions is something that I have apparently missed.

And remember that although the voltages may be in spec but the battery's actual ability to provide the necessary power/wattage could be the issue.

various post on apc community forums mentioned the "brain dead procedure".
apc bx1100c-in is a basic ups that does not support connecting through software. Iam suspecting psu also. what do you think?

Look in Reliability History for error codes and warnings. You can also use Event Viewer.

Look for errors, etc. that correspond with times of the restarts.

For example: "Windows was improperly shutdown" or similar wording.

already looked into event viewer it shows error regarding kernal power loss.
iam totally suspecting the power supply because i hooked another dell system to existing setup through ups and it work just fine in the time of fluctuation.
