Hi my ups is 1kv but this ups are are not backup even no minit,please solved the problem and tell to me

Are you saying that you have a 1KV (is it 1000VA?) UPS that isn't good enough for your system? What UPS do you have and what equipment is connected to it? How old are the batteries?
