Although, at a glance, that is not a great PSU. Changing PSUs is safe and even recommended if it's needed. You can safely swap it out.
Again post your build specs, because if this is an entreprise pre-built, there ia a chance your components are running on proprietary equipment, in which case finding a compatible PSU may be challenging.

im not sure but it says that its an acer tc 875Do you know what motherboard this uses? Because the CX450 with the extra pin @refillable suggested should deliver power properly.
