Question *Urgent* Gpu not working

I recently got my brother's pc to flip and sell, but when I start the pc it gives a beep code: one long, two short. I removed the gpu and it works perfectly. The pc has been running with this gpu for almost two years now without anything like this happening. I have tried using another gpu and getting the same issue, restoring the bios doesn't do anything and I have ran out of options that I know of

Specs:
medion motherboard (don't know type)
Gigabyte 1050 ti
MSI 1060 6gb
350w power supply

If you know how to fix this please let me know.
