[URGENT] Graphics card no display but fan spin (Gigabyte B360M D3H)

I recently purchase a new pc

MBD - Gigabyte B360M D3H
Processor - i5 8600
Ram - 2400Mhz Corsair
PSU - 500WT coolermaster
Monitor - 1080p DELL 2216H

Graphics card - Readon HD7750

Graphics card fan spin but no display I did all basic troubleshooting
1. graphics card work fine on my old AMD FX pc.
2. PSU ok
3. Ram ok
4. Monitor ok
5. check another friend's graphics card gt 1030 ddr5 working perfectly fine

but this Readon HD 7750 not working no display but fan spin

what should I do ?

My gigabyte motherboard has a bios setting to use the intel processor's graphics instead of a add-in card's graphics... but that doesn't answer why the other card would work.

You might try resetting bios to defaults and make sure that the 7750 is firmly seated.

Problem Solved its actually UEFI Legacy Problem
I need to enable the 'CSM Support' from motherboard and also change the PCIe format UEFI to Legacy then the graphics card work like a charm but another problem arrived after installing graphics driver windows going to black screen.
