hehe, bleach (one of the strongest bases) conducts electricity just as any other acid.

Only distilled water is usually a neutral ph of 7 at most times.

Adding more liquid at all to the orig problem will make the problem worse.

It has to be dried to help stop conducting.

A conductive solution is one in which ionic molecules are moving freely about one another. If u get rid of thee ability to move then u can help dramatically lower the chance for conductivity.

Maybe some lemon juice would neutralize it, but I wouldn't recommend it :wink:

An easy way to remember this is things that are sour are acidic, when milk spoils it gets sour. Perhaps on that day you skipped class...
