Question (URGENT) PC Checking Media Presence

Firstly thank you for taking time out of your day to read. I am a student and have online classes and essays due and I only have my phone now. Please help!
I have a HP Pavilion Power 580-023w Desktop PC series. I am currently receiving this.

then after pressing esc. i am shown boot device not found
Please install a operating system on your hard sisk
hard disk - (3f0)

my memery and hard drive show working.

That indicates it cannot see the hard drive to boot from.
Bad cable, bad motherboard port, bad drive, missing/corrupt operating system or boot partition.

running super bad, but from windows support they say basically during the reset my os got corrupted, so i am now attempting to reinstall windows
