So i got this new custom build PC about 6 months ago and i had no problem with it till now. This morning i decided to clean/dust it as it was pretty messy.I took the side panel off and used a vacuum to clean it.(I have done it on other PCs before). When i plugged everything back and i pressed the power button nothing happen. I checked that all cables inside the PC are plugged in properly and it seems like they were.I looked up at other threads on this website and i could not find an answer. My dad got home and i told hem about it, so he got a voltage pencil and checked the power supply cable, to find out that there is electricity on all 3 holes (I am pretty sure there should be only on 1 ). I got another power cable to try it and it is still not working.

I was thinking to get all the parts out clean them and build the PC again outside the case and see if it works . Do you think that is a good idea ?
Please help .

Then I'd say that 99% it's a motherboard issue (if no other cables/components connected that could short the board). If under warranty, try RMA-ing it. Hopefully the other components are OK.
