urgent!! ssd can't be accessible but bios can see it....noone else does...how to format not accessible ssd?

Plz help I am about to lose all my hair for this!!!... OK I managed to save all my data and console copy it to d: get a better windows 10 installation USB from Microsoft yesterday.. did installed only to realize I installed it to my hdd not ssd... ssd is where the old os was in... so ok get back to bios and cheak if I can see it tht I have the ssd recognized.. yes bios sees it..but diskpart can't see it also windows installer can't see it...I removed hdd from laptop and try with only ssd ... bios sees it (still) but windows installer can't see anything.... how can I format an ssd while I can't even access it from anywhere.... but bios can see
It's Samsung 950 evo pro 256gb...
İ belive everything in that ssd is corrupted and lost its letter value.. that's why windows or diskpart can't see but how to format...??
I have tried using console and try to see where is my e: or v: (ssd particians) which was accessable like 4 hrs ago while I was using xcopy command and save everything in e: to d: (don't is a partician in my hdd)... but now there is no e: ... so nothing works chkdsk diskpart and format *.* nothing works.... plz help... I want to format ssd and install Windows 10 from usb... it's very urgent... thanks so much for your time
