URL Tag Not Urling...

Is urling a word? Anywhen, earlier I tried to url tag a link and all that, but it refused to linkify for me. See the bug here.

There is a single quote in the url, which is an illegal character in a url, hence not translated.

Ok, even though single quote not valid, browsers seem to accept it, so I activated that char as well.
