Would like to rid myself of EaseUS products. Is there a US-based company that does backup/partition-manager/HDD-management software nearly as well? EaseUS products work well, but their product-support is a major POS. Any opinions/input, welcome. Also, I'm not looking for freeware, but solid US-based payware, if it exists?

Among the typical mainstream companies that do this for the consumer, the closest I can find is Macrium Reflect.
London UK and Denver CO.

( I use Macrium as my daily backup tool)

All the others...Switzerland, Hong Kong, etc, etc.

What 'support' issues are you having with EaseUS?

I have about 4 of their pc/windows application, paid/lifetime-licenses all, and I've only sent them maybe 5 "...can you help me with "X"..." over the last five years, and, this time just a few days ago, I had a 6th (these are all via email), they tried to hit me with this bs "....we'll help you if you pay $149 for our VIP service....". I'm a retired end-user--consumer, not a corporation. That really p'eed me off.

Macrium looks more like an Enterprise/"Support Employee's" type of company rather than like EaseUS, which is totally (or, almost totally), geared toward the Home/Windows/Linus computer users, ya know, they sell applications for less than about $50-100/ea, or so. That's what I'm thinking of, more like Acronis, MiniTool Partition Wizard, Paragon Partition Manager, etc. Gotta be some US-company that's doing this? The free-stuff is <Mod Edit>, and usually winds up having to be paid for anyway, so, I only want to see if there's good Hard-disk Management Software for end-use/end-consumer that reasonable payware?

Nope, Macrium is no less consumer oriented as the others.

It is the basis for my home backup routine.
