I mean picking upthe phone. The link is rubbish. I get as far as contact us. I get a web page stating
Chat with a support agent in your web browser
followed by Chat with a support agent in your web browser
THe new browser is a blank white page. I have complained on the phone once and they could not understand it.

I need a phone number.
