USAFRet plz help

hi its HEXiT long time member and now locked out member...
last week i tried signing into my account and got wrong password.
i have tried multiple times to reset my pass but all i get is there has been an error processing the request.

as far as i know i havent been banned. (not did anything worthy of such)
i just cant get into my original account.

any way you or 1 of the other mods can help me sort this out.

Hey Hexit,

Our developers are currently working on the issues we're experiencing regarding password resets. It looks that our automatic emails are sending out invalid links. While the devs are working on the issue, my suggestion would be to keep trying until one of the links works.

Sorry man. I'm in the US but the way the site is I often get links to the UK mirror and I haven't been able to log in there in well over a month. Sometimes if I have a tab open from the .com and click a .co.uk link it will work correctly. If I come from an email notification I have to manually change the link to .com in the address bar.

Hopefully they get it fixed soon. It's a shame this happens to anyone much less our long term valued members. 🙁

after entering login details and fails

used reset password

after trying to change a new password.

error 403 forbidden?

so either the auth key being generated is wrong or my ip is in a block list
and judging by 1 of the other errors its toms hardware uk thats being blocked from sending auth requests.
but hey im no pro at this stuff. i just hope it helps.
