It is just a slot. There is a long part and a small part. What does this mean? Do I need some kind of adapter?

Solution U U unclebun Jan 21, 2018 If your motherboard is a new model, it should have a USB 3 header. But if it doesn't, you can buy pcie USB cards that have internal USB header(s)
