[SOLVED] USB 3.0 Header missing one pin. Still work?

I'm wondering if one of the vbus pins being missing on a USB3.0 motherboard header would keep it from working? It's the one right above the "no pin".

You mean pin 1? It's the power pin so one of the ports will have no power. The other port however should work.
