Usb 3.0 port not working

I recently installed windows 10 to my hp laptop . But usb 3.0 port is not working. Other port is working fine.
If i connect a usb to laptop it is not showing in mycomputer.
If i connect a phone its only charge .it also not showing in my computer

You'll need to go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Click laptop, then use the auto-detect feature. You'll be directed to driver and software downloads for your specific make and model of laptop.

Once downloaded, you install it like you would most other applications. Run the file and click through the steps.
