Question USB 3.0 Ports not working

Hey,
so my USB 3.0 ports don´t work anymore suddenly. My 3.1 Gen 2 ports work just fine - but the 4 out of 6 total USB ports don´t do anything anymore.
I tried to plug in my xbox controller and noticed that it the green led on it lit up for about half a second.

My specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Pro Mini-ITX B450
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
CPU cooler: Alpenföhn Ben Nevis
Graphics Card: Gigabyte RTX 2060
RAM: 2 8gb Module von G Skill 2400 CL15
PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power 11 600W CM
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

UPDATE:
Ok so this is really strange. I had this problem for about 2 days but the Usb Ports suddenly work again.
I turned on my computer and it just worked.
