[SOLVED] USB 3.0

USB 3.0 not working on streaming pc for Elgato. The other ports work for other devices like headphones, but not the 3.0 which I need to stream. Help is gladly appreciated!

If all the USB 3.0 ports work for other devices like headphones then the problem is with the device, not the USB 3.0 ports.

Tested it on my other PC via 3.0 and worked and tested with Elgato representative.

Headphones are usually USB2 since they use only a small fraction of it. USB3 cables carry USB2 on a separate wire pair, so you can have a USB3 port with dead USB3 that still works as USB2 and vice-versa. I have a USB3 hub with broken USB2, only works with USB3 devices, doesn't detect USB2 ones.

This motherboard only supports USB 3.0 through a VIA VL805 add-on chip, not through the AMD chipset.
Which BIOS version does the motherboard have? The 2nd BIOS update (version FC) was released to "Improve USB3.0 device compatibility".
