OS: Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
Motherboard: MSI B450 A PRO MAX
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

I am having a problem with USB 3.0 ports, I have installed windows 7 in my brand new built pc, everything was fine, I installed the drivers. But one problem, the drivers did not fix the 2 usb 3.0 ports, other usb 3.0 ports work fine, but those 2 don't.
Two usb 3.0 ports only work in BIOS.
I have checked stuff on device manager, 2 Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller are missing.
I tried installing the one from the msi site, and the one from the AMD site, none of them worked.
Any help?

Solution
Yes, but it asks me for an AMD installer, does not install
Officially, AMD does not support Ryzen CPU's on Windows 7. The 2 USB ports on your motherboard that do not work are likely the 2 controlled by your Ryzen 3600 CPU. Check your motherboard specifications.

AMD® B450 Chipset
2 x USB 3.2 Gen2 (SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps) Type-A ports on the back panel
2 x USB 3.2 Gen1 (SuperSpeed USB) ports available through the internal USB 3.2 Gen1 connector
6 x USB 2.0 (High-speed USB) ports (2 Type-A ports on the back panel, 4 ports available through the internal USB 2.0 connectors)

AMD® CPU
2 x USB 3.2 Gen1 (SuperSpeed USB) Type-A ports on the back panel
