Usb audio device help!

Plugging in my hyperx cloud 2 via USB, the computer doesn't recognize it for sound or mic. It is under the device tabs with a exclamation mark. Hyperx doesn't have device specific drivers. It works great on other computers. I feel as if it's because the usbaudio.sys file is missing. Can anyone help me get that back thanks.

In summary, some people were able to fix their problem (some with a very simple solutions, others not that simple but still worked), and some couldn't. Sorry I can't help you more. Good luck.

i just rest my computer and it fixed it lol oh well
