usb boot not working

I have created a bootable usb for Windows 7 and it loads up to the start and I get an error "A required CD/DVD drive device driver missing. If ypu have a driver floppy disk CD dvd or usb please insert now." I have enabled usb full initialization in the bios but still not working.

Crosshair V formula-z, 16gb ram, GTX 770 Samsung 860 evo 250gb

Note: works on laptop though.

Are you using the USB2.0 port to boot off the USB stick?

If the BIOS is set to AHCI, you will most likely need to load this driver during the install.
