Question USB-C hole in my case without the usb-c

I recently bought a case and it had a usb-c shaped hole i think you are supposed to add in but i do not how since it seems to be obstructed with usb3.1 cable.
help please.

in red is marked the usb3 cable like 1cm bellow.

I thought on buying something like this but I'm not sure if it will fit because of the thick usb3 cable in the back. I'm not in home right now so i don't have more images tomorrow i will take more pictures and figure out how to install that adapter.

Does your motherboard have appropriate port for that cable?
Because not all motherboards do.

yes it does its the gigabyte x570 aorus elite and it does have it bellow the ram i think.
Sorry for bothering you i will look closely how to install it tomorrow and i will update the post.
