Question USB C question on my mobo

I dont know if im on the right section. I have a MSI B760M Mag Wifi and have some question.

1. Can I use the back usb c to charge my phone?
2. Will it be enough to do fast charging?
3. Will doing it often cause any damage to the mobo in the long run?

I have 14600k and rtx 4060 with 650w PSU if that helps.
