USB connection problem

My rig use mobo asrock z97 fatality killer with windows 8.1..i'm playing PES 2016 with logitech joystick no problem at all..but after update to windows 10, usb connection for joystick and smartphone always connect and a few second disconnect..and reconnect back..then disconnect..but usb connection for mouse and keyboard no problem at all..i dont think usb cabel it self was problem because there r new item and original

go to device manager, find your usb hub, disable "allow windows to put this device to sleep" see if that does anything. could be windows constantly putting it into power saving mode

Try seeing if you can update the drivers for the device. Go to the device manager, right click on the USB device, and select "Update driver software"
