I think you need a GPU in that system.

As said above, it doesn't appear that the PC has a GPU. What are the system specs?

When you buy the PC part of the area labelled "expansion slots" will be filled by a graphics card, which will have display outputs, including a Displayport connector. So you'd just need a regular displayport to displayport cable.
