USB device not recognized

I have two Asus F541U's with the same problem, they have a total of 3 USB's each.

1 USB 2.0
1 USB 3.0
1 USB type C

Both the 3.0 and the 2.0 do not work on both machines, I mostly get USB device not recognized or has malfunctioned on the 2.0 port, the 3.0 port simply says noting.

The Type C port works fine.

What I have tried.

Uninstalling USB drivers, as well as updating them.
Changed power management settings for USB hub in DV Manager
Updating Bios drivers
Battery cannot be removed so drained it and left it off for a day.
Changed USB Selective Suspend Settings

I am lost as to what to try next, any help would be great.

Thanks

USB Device not recognized error mainly occurs due to unavailability or wrong installed drivers, you may try third party software to recheck all your drivers again...
