Question Usb device suddenly stop working (disconnected and connected again)

Hello everyone,
I have some problems with my computer, sometimes my usb device like mouse, keyboard, microphone, etc. Suddenly stop working for a while, like disconnected and connected again, maybe in past month like 2 times this happen.
And the second problem is my keyboard and mouse not working for 3-5 sec after fully booting in desktop, like have delay, then i have to wait, this problem show up every times i turn on pc in the morning.

How i must do? Can someone help me?

MSI B550 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 5600x
G.skill 2*8GB dual channel 3200mhz
Rtx 3060ti
Seasonic fx 650w gold full modular
Nvme 1Tb + 256gb(os)
Hdd 2tb + 1tb
