USB "Device unplugged"

I recently got new windows like 2-3 weeks ago or something and I used my mobile to copy some songs on it to my pc using the usb cable (mobile is samsung galaxy) and when i connect it keeps loading and tells me "Device unplugged" already changed the usb cable but same error and i removed the driver which has an exclamation mark and rebooted my comp but still the same with device called "unkown device" and still has that exclamation mark and my comp keeps telling me usb unrecognised, i got Windows 7 service pack 1 , 64 -bit

Try installing Samsung Kies software on your PC: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

There are two versions, choose the one that supports your phone model.

i got samsung galaxy ace 3 s7272 , 4.2 OS android idk which one to choose :S

Well i tried downloading kies, actuall rape for my computer, deleted all internet and other drivers after i got my internet back with my drivers I tried making troubleshoot with kies but still nothing, "device unplugged" I might actually need some effective driver to be installed.
