Question USB drive issues, please help

So I have multiple USB drives that come up in disk management but I cant fully format them. For some reason it breaks the drive into 8.00 GB healthy (EFI System Partition and U O: 6.32 GB FAT32 Healthy (Primary partition). The option to expand drive is grayed out. I just want to combine these two partitions into 1 drive. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

do you have anything on in that you need? if not, delete the partition and create a new one
