USB Drive not showing up in This Computer, cannot be accessed

Hi,
Few weeks ago I wanted to wipe out a hard drive using DBAN software, I tried using many DVD's and none of them worked so I installed DBAN on a usb drive using Universal USB Installer. Now I need the USB drive but I can't access it anywhere, it's not showing up in This Computer and the Disk Management is like this: http://imgur.com/a/OUCVD

The external drive CANNOT show up in Computer and Windows Explorer in Windows 7 or Vista (or in My Computer and Windows Explorer in XP) unless it has had a software file system installed on it that Windows recognizes - FAT, FAT32, or NTFS - on at least one partition, that file system has been Formatted, and it's been assigned (a) drive letter(s) in Disk Management.
Similar applies for ANY operating system.

I can't assign a letter to it, I can't do anything to it from Disk Management I posted a screenshot.
