Question usb extender stuck in motherbord

i put a usb extender in my motherbord asrock z77 extreme4 and i wanted to take it out a few days later but then it was stuck but does annyone know how to get it out beacuse i am scraed of ripping the ports off

it is a usb 2 in both male and female port
