USB flash disk with write lock

I have been trying to look for a flash disk with a write protection lock/switch feature.
Unfortunately I havent come across any available in major stores in the US. Does anyone know of any models that have this feature?
If so, post some links please.

Manually none that i know of. Software base yes, but it's expensive.

The card has a locking system for software to activate it. I tried my on regular usb card and software did'nt work or even recognize the stick.

The easiest way is to get an adapter. and use SD Card.
