Question USB flash drive capacity went down after creating W11 installation media

Hello,

I used my 127 GB flash drive to create installation media to install Windows 11 on my PC. After that was done I deleted the installation media and noticed that Windows only shows 31 GB of total capacity on the flash drive now. What happened and can I revert it back to its full capacity?
