USB Flash Drive Errors

I have a Transcend Jetflash 500 16Gb stick and I recently made it a bootable windows installation usb device. I am not sure if I pulled the usb stick out too fast before it could be ejected properly or something but after taking it out and using it on another pc it gives me these errors. I get the same errors when trying to open it on the PC I used for making it a bootable device. Here's a screenshot of the errors:

I have tried most of the CHKDSK options including /f and /r to no effect and there are hardly any usb repair softwares out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just plug your USB. Close all autorun progress of usb if any progress pops up. Right click on usb, click on format. Chose NTFS in file system and try to format.

if it still won't format (as I suspect it won't but I could be wrong), sling the pen drive in the waste-bin & buy a new one.

Buy one that's got an LED to show read/write in progress so you know when not to unplug it.

Hey wait you can still revive the pendrive as a whole new
