I bought some of the 'IS917 PCBA For NAND Flash USB3.0 TSOP48 BGA132 BGA136 BGA152 Chips USB 3.0' and soldered the tc58tfg8t23ta03 and stdnnmahsm-0046(to another board) but none of them worked, it's shown on the Disk Management as Removable but No Media, which means it can't be formatted or do anything.

These are some images of the flash chip I used and the board:

Did you use solder cream and a hot air workstation set to the correct temperature or an old fashioned soldering iron with 60/40 or lead free solder on a reel?

Does the memory chip have BGA solder connections underneath the chip, or just two rows of pins along opposing sides?

Did you observe full ESD precautions with anti-static tools for component placement at an ESD workstation?

If you haven't made a perfect job of soldering the chips with no solder bridges between adjacent contacts or too much heat for too long, it would explain why they're not working.

I didn't have the solder cream but have hot air and soldering iron so I can use the hot air station to double the bridges problem after using a soldering iron.
The memory chip only has the leg on the opposite side and doesn't have any connection on the bottom.
I didn't have the anti-statics tools too, but I doing without them many times and the circuits are fine.
By the way, I guess the board doesn't have support for that type of memory chip because 2 of them are taken from old USB sticks.

I downloaded and try on 2 boards with different chips but it failed with Status: "This Flash not support ! FlashID :"

Keep trying different versions, or search the Net for more versions.
I tried a lower version and when I press "Start( 0/Space )" it changes the status to "Group Test..." How long should I leave it there?
