usb hdd won't show up in my computer

hi, i bought hdd usb case to put ps4 hdd in it, i removed all partitions and formatted it, it still wont show up in my computer

If the disk is that one described as Mashari's disk (Disk 1) in Disk management, right click on it and allocate a drive letter. It should then show up in Explorer.

does it show in BIOS???
does it show on disk management???
does it have a drive letter assigned to it???
