FIRST OF ALL:
I haven´t found a solution for this anywhere on the Internet, it´s not the usual case of power management, bad headset, or drivers. I´ve already checked this forum for a problem like this but non of the solutions worked for me.
EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM:
I have "Razer Electra V2 USB" headset and works fine, but randomly disconnects. I´m using Windows 10.
-I bought them and from time to time it just disconnects, I contacted the retailer and they gave another set, they work flawlessly in other PCs, so its not a bad headset.
-Since I bought them I changed the whole PC, I had an Intel i5 and now I have a Ryzen5, so it´s not bad compatibility with motherboard. Bios and MB drivers up to date
-Already tried unstalling reinstalling audio drivers, already tried using them with/without Razer software (Synapse), and updated the Firmware directly from their page.
-I also tried with the usual fixes, like changing power management to performance, and in device manager I disabled Windows 10 from turning it of for power saving.
When they disconnect they no longer appear on "Playback" window on "Sounds".
It´s driving me crazy, I dont know what to do.
