USB Headset Problem

Good day!

I bought a USB headset (Dragon War Beast) and encountered these problems:

1. Headset set as default. After unplugging and plugging it again, headset needs to be set to default again.
2. ‎Screeching sounds
3. ‎Headset works on anything except in a video game.

Is it probably the headset is a USB type? I haven't encountered these with headset jack.

#1 Is normal
#2 Are there any other USB devices plugged in near by, It could be interference. It could also be the type of USB you have it plugged into, try both USB 3 and USB 2 ports.
#3 What games have you tried it with, does the sound go through other devices or is there no sound at all? Are there any games it has worked with?
