So recently I got a usb hub from China for 0.99 cents, and its actually great quality, even has blue lights :) I thought it was gonna be super cheap plastic and such. Anyways, I just noticed that it is for Windows 7 not Windows 10, so does anyone know how I would make this work on my windows 10 computer Thanks in advance and let me know if you have any questions

Solution
I'm still using the same USB hub (a mains-powered one) that I bought when I was then running Windows 7 --- now I'm running Windows 10 (on a new PC, not the free upgrade) and the hub works fine on that too (no external driver required). Mind you, I did pay considerably more for it than you did --- doesn't pay to buy cheap rubbish.

This is the one I bought -- still working flawlessly at 6 years old:

Yeah, thats why I am not disappointed is because it is soo cheap. Here is the link https://www.ebay.com/itm/222977944314?ul_noapp=true Yeah, I am thinking there is nothing I can do. I have emailed the company to see if they will email the drivers for the windows 7 part of this device(I honestly don't know if thats risky or not lol)

Yeah that is the type of hub I would have gone for if I was actually putting real money into one, I think my hub is completly not designed for windows 10, thats the problom...

download and run https://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html
usbview.exe to see why it is not working. it is listed as a splitter.
windows 10 will detect shorts and shutdown the port/hub and will put an event in the eventlog

it would also depend on what you have plugged in to the splitter. some apple devices draw too much power and will be shutdown by windows 10 (or will go on and off several times a second, while an apple device is charging)

you might also want to indicate the type of port you plugged into. USB 3 or usb 2?
or a special usb charger port that has a special driver to over ride the usb power specifications

That's just a normal splitter, not a HUB, should need no drivers. All 3 connectors share one USB input and are just electrically insulated from each other. Have no active electronic parts.
