[SOLVED] usb in virtualbox

i have windows 7 as a guest machine in virtualbox on my mac. i want to be able to connect a usb cable and/or a usb stick so that its readable on the windows 7 guest machine. how can i do that?

Shared Folders
Plug the USB in
In the Settings for that VM, select that drive
There is a choice for Machine Folders or Transient Folders. Try them and see which works better for you.

EDIT: Yes, there is a USB section as well. Click on the + to add a usb device.
