USB Keyboard doesn't work

Hello everyone ! So yesterday i bought a Natec Genesis RX33 keyboard and aaand it has a problem..So , at first , i had a windows 7 64bit and plugged in the keyboard , turned the PC on and the LEDs shut down until windows logo , and after the logo is just a blackscreen , the pc wouldn't boot with the keyboard plugged in.. but in the BIOS the keyboard works fine.. then i installed windows 10 and it still didn't work , but i could boot with it plugged in and now i installed Windows 8.1 and it's the same , after the windows logo the keyboard stops working but the windows boots..
I really don't know what to do now, i have this pc for only 4 days.. i checked in BIOS for every possible option related to keyboard/USB but the only one i found was Legacy USB or something like that but that didn't have any effect.. i plugged the keyboard in every USB port i have 2.0 and 3.0 too , it just doesn't work outside BIOS , i entered in safe mode when i had windows 7 and it didn't work neither.. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA H81M-S1 rev2.1. I have a PS/2 keyboard that works and an USB MOUSE that works too , but the keyboard doesn't.. Should i send it back or.. ? Thanks !

Try with usb to ps/2 keyboard slot converter.

I don't have one.. I forgot to mention that when i plug in the keyboard in my Device Manager appears a ,, USB Composite Device'' with an yellow exclamation mark and when i click on it , there is something saying ,, The device couldn't start ( Code 10 ) '' or something like that..

If driver updating doesnt help then its hardware incopitability.
GO TO THIS

go on "GO TO THIS" and when page is loaded select SUPPORT and you should see under DOWNLOADS Software and press once Drivers and it should automaticly download.

In zip there is setup soo it should go easy.If it doesn't work , then its hardware incompatibility , return it , or exchange for some other better brand.

But that's RX55.. eh anyway , i'll try it tomorrow and if it doesn't work i'll return it and maybe i'll buy a mechanical keyboard.. Is Razer blackwidow Tournament Edition 2014 good ? I like it very much and love the sound that it makes 😀

Lol havnt notice that but, still windows should load with keyboard, and idk about tourament edition 2014 cause im using old 2006 genius white keyboard made as nokia 3310 xD.i had simmilar problems with mouses , doesnt work 3 out of 4 pc's which i tested, i suggest you to try with more known brand like logitech , genius etc.. Or someone else fron toms will suggest you.

Ps. I searched for Natec Genesis RX33 keyboard but im getting pl site without any drivers.... Its like hardware issue.
