USB Keyboard Number keypad intermittent Windows 10

When I turn my PC on, I have a PIN to enter to login to my computer. I like using the number pad to type it in, but it is intermittent when attempting to enter the pin. After Windows boots (desktop appears) the issue disappears. The number keys at the top of the qwerty keyboard works fine.

This is only occurring on one PC (Dell Inspiron). I have a Dell XPS8700 with the same keyboard and the numbers keypad works fine on boot.

Check on the dell update program and see if you have latest bios, and ATK drivers

Have you swapped keyboards to see if it happens on both with that PC?
