I've resetted CMOS. I'm trying to enter the BIOS it says "press F1" to BIOS setup but i'm pressing F1 but nothing happening. My old P/S 2 Keyboard was entering the BIOS without any problems. The usb one isn't entering the BIOS. I not had any issues other PC parts. My Mobo model: Asus ROG Commando with AmiBIOS it had P965 Chipset. I'm thinking it might ve caused USB keyboard only work at OS. I can't using my PC. I have a work web designing.

System Specs:
CPU:Intel Xeon X5450 OC 3.79 GHz
Mobo: Asus ROG Commando
GPU: AMD FirePro V5800 1GB GDDR5 128 Bit
RAM: 8GB(4x2 GB) Kingston DDR2 800 MHz CL6
HDD1: Samsung HD155UI 1.5 TB 5400 RPM(Primary)
HDD2: Samsung HD250HJ 250 GB 7200 RPM
HDD3: Samsung SP0411N 40GB 7200 RPM
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64- Bit 1809
PSU: SilverStone Strider 500W 80+ Bronze

Sorry for my English.

I have experienced this as well with older chipset motherboards and a much newer Corsair USB keyboard. Mobo works fine with OEM dell USB keyboard as well as PS2.

Judging by the fact you are using DDR2 memory, i would say your board is of the age that the most modern USB keyboards just dont get detected until OS loads.
