This picture shows the Disk Management, the Device Manager, and the File Explorer screens that show the USB mass storage as not appearing. No USB drive shows up on this computer in any port, and the USB works on other computers.
As you can see on the Device Manager under Other Devices there is a item called Mass Storage, I believe this may be the USB. Upon plugging the USB into the computer it makes the sound of being plugged in, yet does not show up either in the File Explorer or the Disk Manager.
Any help would be much appreciated.
