Laptop USB Port bug ?
Have an HP laptop (15-cs2064st) where the USB ports started to behave weirdly. The ports read flash drives and external HDD's perfectly fine. However, whenever you connect a mouse or keyboard, it fails to recognize them and generates an error. Will read data devices, but no I/O devices.

Updated Chipset Drivers
To test something, I removed the HDD and installed a new SSD Drive, and tried installing a new copy of Win 10 on it. Same exact issue. There is a USB Type C port, and if I connect a Type C USB hub, all works fine there. I ordered a replacement USB Board ( DA0G7BTB6D0 and still have the problem after install.
