USB microphone disconnects randomly

My Microphone is connected to an audio mixer called Tascam US 200. The microphone works fine when I test it using audacity. However, when I play games like overwatch, my microphone would randomly disconnect not allowing me to use it. Then it would reconnect and disconnect. My mixer is recognized in hardware and sounds>recording, but it says that my microphone is not plugged in. When I test my mic in audacity.. my microphone works fine despite the message. The problem is that my microphone will disconnect in game. How do I fix this? I am running windows 7 and my mobo is gigabyte gaming 7 and running sound blaster pro studio.

Try it without the mixer

Its not possible to connect the microphone without the mixer.. its a MXL V63m Microphone.

Are the chipset drivers, the us200 drivers and the bios up to date ?

If possible use the usb2.0 headers and not the usb3 ports.
