USB not recognized as bootable

Hey, I hope someone can answer me this, I have a VLX TC4300-LI, first off when I don't do nothing, I get to choose OS screen, and it only has "Thin Client" option, and when you enter it Error 24 Attempt to access block outside partition happens.
So I went and downloaded DSL and UnetBoot, loaded the .iso on formatted FAT32 USB, finished and put it up in TC, went to bootable media, and only mini-IDE HDD showed up, not a trace of USB.
So what should I do? Thanks, and yeah, already tried switching USBs, had 2 GB Kingston and did it with Transcend 2 GB, and same stuff happens.

Are you sure that thin client actually supports botting from a USB?
try just using dd to write the DSL image to a usb..

What do you mean DD, I am running WIN 7 on this laptop to put up DSL on USB..
