USB not showing up in windows installation to

Hey guys i be built a new computer and I'm trying to install windows 10. When im using the installation tool to put the software the USB isn't showing up. does anyone know how to fix this if so thanks

Make sure it's inserted and recognized before starting program to make boot disk. May need to format it first.

Have you installed your motherboard drivers? The USB slots need drivers to work. Downloaded the latest drivers online. Don't know what motherboard you have but for example asus and msi have their own websites with the latest drivers and so will your motherboard err brand manufacturer
