[SOLVED] USB not visible in Device Manager or My Computer

I am unable to see my USB storage device but mouse and keyboard are working via USB port. I have tried some of the suggestions already on here and have also updated drivers etc. Not sure what issue is. Using Windows 7.

If this is a harddrive then it may require additional power.
