USB not waking after sleep

I recently bought a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 sound card that works with USB 2.0. Essentially, the card does what it's supposed to do. However, when I put the computer to sleep at night, the sound card does not wake up. If I reboot the computer it works fine. I've tried replugging both the power and USB but that doesn't work. Since a reboot gets everything going again I'm thinking this is a USB issue. I have 4 other devices that are powered by USB. They all appear to work after the sleep, tho I'm not 100% sure.

I've fiddle with the power and device setting of the USB ports but nothing has resolved this problem so far. If you have any idea or even suspicions, please let me know.

is your mouse or keybd usb and working fine after sleeping? If so then its an issue with your usb soundcard.

Turns out I had some dumb ass toolbars lurking in the background that conflicted with the Focusrite drivers. Once I got rid ot them all the problems went away.
